Well, the annual 'wellness' visit is over. No surprises, plenty of areas to work on to be healthier. Bone density test and mammogram scheduled for January.
On this day in 2009, I was cruising the Windward Islands aboard the Royal Clipper. It was a lovely trip although I realized I don't like traveling alone.

Good news, for sure! Praying for the same for next months tests. My sister took some sailboat excursion a few years ago where they were actually part of the crew. She loved it. Traveling alone is not for everyone, for sure. It reminds me of the saying that a good test of how well tow people get along is when they travel together.
