Donald Keyes, museum curator and photography buff, died of a heart attack last month while hiking in the Grand Canyon.
He lectured, curated shows, judged exhibitions and was a founding member of the Atlanta Photography Group. He was also known to hang out at the 40 Watt Club in Athens till the wee hours... ;)
I never met Mr. Keyes, but I wish I had.
